Thank you for shopping with NowStevens LLC. Please review the following information about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. Processing times may vary slightly based on order volume and other factors.

Shipping Time & Delivery

After your order ships, delivery to addresses within the United States generally takes up to two weeks. For planning purposes, customers should allow up to 14 business days from the date of order placement to delivery. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Product Origin

Our products are made internationally and shipped directly to customers in the United States. Because these items are imported goods, they are subject to U.S. customs and import regulations. All orders are shipped to physical addresses within the United States only.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Method & Rates

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders, and the exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on the shipping address, including but not limited to:

  • PO boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Addresses that are incomplete, invalid, or flagged as high‑risk

If an order is canceled for shipping reasons, the customer will be notified by email and refunded promptly.

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers may use this tracking number to monitor the status of their package with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or import processing (for goods manufactured abroad)

  • High order volume

We do not provide proactive updates for routine shipping delays. If a customer has a concern about their order, they may contact us at info@nowstevens.com for assistance.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should first contact their local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, the customer should contact us at info@nowstevens.com with their order number and tracking details. We will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
